promegalogo.pngPromega has recently developed an improved method of performing Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer (BRET) to study protein-protein interactions. The NanoBRET™ technique relies upon underlying NanoLuc® Luciferase and HaloTag® technologies to look at these interactions in live-cell systems.

To that end, Promega would like to partner with the Developmental Therapeutics Core to sponsor a Northwestern Investigator to evaluate this technology, generating data toward grant submission and for review amongst their colleagues.
